Your session begins with a brief conversation about your wellness goals and any areas you’d like to support.
You’ll remain fully clothed (just remove shoes and socks) and relax comfortably while gentle, mapped pressure techniques are applied to the feet in a specific sequence. Sessions typically last about 60 minutes and are tailored to your body’s needs.
Most clients feel deeply relaxed during their appointment and may notice a sense of calm, clarity, or renewed energy afterward. Drinking water and allowing time to rest can help support the integration process.
